NEW ROBERT DBS LEVELLING HARROWS 1. Hitching Semi-automatic hitching provided by a drawbar equipped with centering cones and three retractable parking supports. 2. Pressure adjustment Pressure regulation of scarifier teeth by galvanized tie-rods, allowing the adjustment of pressure as required. 3. Compensating spring Compensating spring for the connection of the 3-point triangle structure to the frame, for the absorption of substantial undulations in the ground surface. 4. Counter-blade In order to prevent any blade failure at the point of attachment associated with repeated bending, the entire DBS range is equipped with counter-blades. 5. Flexible teeth Spring steel flexible teeth for the effective scarification of grassland. 6. Scrapers Scrapers arranged perpendicularly to the ground, in order to prevent any destruction of grass by the repetitive hopping associated with topsoiling. 7. C-section frame Heavy gauge C-section frame, reinforced at all points which are subject to torsional loading, with closed ends for the elimination of any risk of cracking. 8. Hydraulic foldaway Hydraulic foldaway mechanism with single-action actuator, allowing the extensions to follow the ground contours. In transport mode, all DBS models are equipped with automatic locking. 9. Joints and foldaway Heavy gauge pivot-mounted joint with lubricator, fitted with foldaway limit stops for the accurate long-term maintenance of position, with no lateral play. 10. Joint and pivots Ring joint equipped with forged pivots, which are oversized in both length and diameter for the prevention of premature wear. 11. Metal support wheels Adjustable metal support wheels of diameter 250 mm and width 120 mm, mounted on ball bearings fitted with lubricators and cleaning scrapers. These eliminate the effects of pitching associated with the large width of machines . 12. Adjustment of depth Straightforward and accurate adjustment at a number of points for setting the height of blades. 13. Levelling blades 60 or 80 cm levelling blades (according to the model concerned) mounted on semi-flexible teeth permit the spreading of earth heaps, the levelling of molehills and of other irregularities in the soil. 14. Adjustment of inclination Straightforward adjustment of the inclination of blades for setting the degree of soil attack. 15. Reinforced teeth DBS Plus dung spreading harrows are equipped with semi-flexible teeth, 80 mm in width, for effective working. 16. 3 rows of harrow teeth For optimum aeration, spreading and scarification, our restorative harrows are equipped with a third row of harrow teeth.
